Fashion & Illustration supply content in a downloadable digital format and articles of apparel and accessories, present in the Store.

13. Prices and Product Availability

Being exclusive objects, we do not guarantee the stock and the replacement of the different products. All prices do not include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. All prices are subject to change without prior notice by Fashion & Illustration.

The prices indicated in the online catalogue may be subject to change without any notice. It is the responsibility of the User, therefore, to be sure of the final price before continuing with the purchase order.

Fashion & Illustration also reserves the right to levy different sales prices according to the country of delivery of the Product.

The sale price is debited when the order is dispatched.

14. Payment Information.

Fashion & Illustration never receives or stores your full credit card information.

Payment must be made before the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.

15. Methods of Payment

Payment for the Products may only be made using the following methods:

Purchases on the Site can be made using PayPal platform. Users who do not have a PayPal account will be able to use their credit card on the PayPal platform. The data of the credit card and the PayPal account are managed in a secure and secure manner on an encrypted PayPal server. No data related to the credit card or PayPal account is recorded by the Fashion & Illustration website.

16. Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of the order and confirmation of payment, Fashion & Illustration undertakes to send the order within a maximum period of 48 hours.

Digital files are sent as a link via email to the registered account holder or can be downloaded at any time via your Account in the Transactions page.

17. Refunds for Digital Products

Digital products can be downloaded they cannot be returned like a physical product, for this reason there will be no place to exercise the right to retraction or restitution of money. It is suggested to the Users that before making the payment corresponding to this type of products, any doubt or clarification about the Contents offered, can be absolved through communication sent to the email info@fashionandillustration.com

18. Returns and Refunds of Physical Products

The User, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the sale contract of the Products, as established by Art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), without having to provide any explanation and without penalty.

We accept the return of any product (not digital) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

In order to cancel a contract, you must give to us written notice of cancellation to the email info@fashionandillustration.com

Fashion & illustration will reimburse the total price of the products to the User, with the exclusion of delivery costs, without delay and not more than 14 business days from the date on which Fashion & illustration receives the merchandise at its offices. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same payment method utilized by the User for the sale for which the right to withdraw have been exercised.

Fashion & illustration will have the right to withhold reimbursement until the Products are received or until the User provides proof that the goods have been returned, depending on which situation occurs first.

The User, once the right to withdraw has been exercised, must return the Products, without undue delay and not more than 14 days from the date on which the decision to the withdraw from the contract was notified to Fashion & illustration, through the delivery of said goods to the address sent in previous email by info@fashionandillustration.com, in accordance with Art. 1, paragraph 1 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 21 of the 21.02.2014: ibox SA c/o In Out, Via di Camino 47/49 – 59021 Loc. La Briglia (VAIANO) Prato (PO) – Italy

The direct costs for returning the Products shall be borne by the User that exercises the right to withdraw.

The Products must be returned in the original packaging that they were received in, including any additional documents, such as price tags, labels, seals, etc.…

To return the Product the User may use a postal service or carrier of his/her choice.

All risk of loss or damage to the Products during shipment to the Seller is borne by the User.

As pursuant to Art. 57, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code, the User will be liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, the characteristics and the functioning of the goods.

In no event does a minor non-conformity give the right to cancel the contract.

Any defects or damage caused by accidental means or those attributable to the User or those caused by use of the Products in a way that does not comply with its intended use or normal wear and tear are excluded from the non-conformity and, therefore, from the legal guarantee.
